When You're Pulled Over - You Have No Rights

At least in Shreveport, Louisiana, that is...and don't look for the Shreveport mayor, Cedric Glover, shoe-in for Jabba the Hutt, to come to your defense. The Southern mayor tells his police officers that those persons stopped for any violations have no rights. Wait a minute. Is that Constitutional?

Robert Bailio knows his Constitutional rights and knows that he even though he was supposedly pulled over for not using his turn signal, he feels that the two pro-gun, pro-freedom bumper stickers on his back window are the reason. Prisonplanet has the details:

While the officer who pulled him over says Baillio failed to use his turn signal, the only questions he had for Baillio concerned guns: Whether he had a gun, where the gun was, and if he was a member of the NRA. No requests for a driver’s licence, proof of insurance, or vehicle registration — and no discussion of a turn signal.

Accordingly, Baillio told the officer the truth, which led the police officer to search his car without permission and confiscate his gun.

Part Two of Glover's conversation with Robert Bailio.

Because of NØbama's socialist agenda and the Department of Homeland Security that empowers racist cops and labels Tea Party housewives as terrorists, our freedoms and rights are in jeopardy.

Call Mayor Glover's office to complain about his suspension of our Constitutional rights: (318) 673-5050.
