Imagine Sitting In Prison For Speaking Out

No free speech? Imagine Cindy Sheehan, Susan Sarandon, Barbara Streisand, Kos, Al Franken, Al Gore, all anti-Bushies, everyone in Code Pink, in prison for speaking out. Hmmm.

Okay, let's move on... (no pun intended) as much as treasonous speech is tolerated in this country, they're not in jail.

What if Mike Wallace's treasonous interview of the Iranian anti-Christ, nor Dan Rather's anti-Bush hatred, and lies and more lies landed them in jail?

We're talking about independent journalists suffering, not in Gitmo with three kosher meals a day, prayer times, little Gitmo prayer rugs, and all the Koran they can consume, but in Cuba for being regime dissidents and wanting free speech rights.

Please click on the post title link above and read Val Prieto's plea to help enable the release of Ricardo González Alfonso (pictured here) ; Víctor Rolando Arroyo; Normando Hernández González, Julio César Gálvez; Adolfo Fernández Sainz; Omar Rodríguez Saludes; Héctor Maseda Gutiérrez; Mijaíl Barzaga Lugo; Pedro Arguelles Morán; Pablo Pacheco Avila; Alejandro González Raga; Alfredo Pulido López; Fabio Prieto Llorente; Iván Hernández Carrillo; José Luis García Paneque; Juan Carlos Herrera; Miguel Galván Gutiérrez; José Ubaldo Izquierdo; Omar Ruiz Hernández; José Gabriel Ramón Castillo; Léster Luis González Pentó Alfredo Felipe Fuentes; José Manuel Caraballo Bravo; and Oscar Mario González.

As Michelle Malkin's guest host, Val Prieto encourages those of us who are free to help those we've never met.

Fellow independent journalists in dire need. Please, do what you can. Write about them on your blogs and webpages. Write your local media. Send out emails, make phone calls. Get the word out.

Nada in Speech on Cuba.
Who is Raul Castro? Agradezca le y una extremidad del sombrero a Sergio.
